Vivid Orange Underglaze for Bold Ceramic Decoration
Nemo Orange Cromartie Colours underglaze brings a vivid, warm orange to ceramic decoration. The supplied colour sample shows a strong orange field with lighter areas across the raised design, making it a useful choice when you want orange to stand clearly within painted motifs, contrasting details, decorative patterns and other colour-led pottery designs.
Nemo Orange can be used across several decorating techniques rather than being limited to straightforward brushwork. It is suitable for sgraffito, sponging and layering, and can also be combined with Cromartie Crystals and other ceramic glazes. For traditional Majolica decoration, apply it over an opaque, non-moving glaze. Cone 6 stoneware firing can alter the colour, so test your intended firing combination first.
