How to Use Aqua Slime Kits

  1. Fill a large container with 1 litre of room-temperature water.
  2. Pour the magic powder into the water and stir until the water becomes completely transparent.
  3. Dip the moulds in the magic water to wet them before filling.
  4. Fill the mould with the coloured gels of your choice.
  5. Dip the mould back in the water, gently shake, and wait for 5 minutes.

Tip: Newly made AquaSlime is soft at first—leave it in the magic water to set its shape. Don’t leave it in too long though, or it may start to shrink.

Aqua Slime DIY Sets – Frequently Asked Questions

Click a question to reveal the answer:

1. What are AquaSlime Sets and how are they used?

AquaSlime is a DIY set designed for fun with children. Add 1 litre of room temperature water to a container, stir in 1 packet of magic powder, and use the moulds with coloured gels to create shapes. Slimes are ready in 5–15 minutes and fully set after 1–2 hours.

2. What does each set contain?

Each set includes 5 coloured gels, 4 moulds, and 2 packets of magic powder. The Sea Animals Set includes 5 moulds.

3. How many powder packets are mixed with water?

1 packet per 1 litre of room temperature water. Cold water may cause clumping.

4. Does AquaSlime activate in normal water?

No, AquaSlime only works when mixed with the special magic powder. Plain water won’t activate the gels properly.

5. How long should I wait for the slime to release from the mould?

Slime begins to react as soon as it enters the water. If the mould is pre-wetted and excess water removed, the slime releases within seconds and starts to float.

6. How should the AquaSlimes be stored?

They can be stored and played with in clean water for 3–4 days. If left out, they will shrink and dry out.

7. Can children play with them after removal from water?

Yes, AquaSlimes can be played with for a while outside of water, but they will shrink and dry over time.

8. How long does the magic water last?

The magic water can be reused as long as it’s kept clean in a closed container. For hygiene, it’s best to make fresh water each time.

9. What is the powder used in the water?

The magic powder activates the gels. It’s non-toxic and safe for children, but should be kept away from the mouth and eyes.

10. Can children play with AquaSlime using bare hands?

Yes, they can. AquaSlime has EN71/1-2-3 and CE certifications. Just avoid contact with mouth and eyes.

11. Can colours be mixed together?

Yes! You can combine more than one colour in the same mould for fun, multicoloured creations.

12. Are the model sizes permanent?

No, the models shrink slightly after removal from the water, but after a few hours they stabilise in their jelly-like form.

13. Is this product only for children?

No, AquaSlime is fun for all ages and is especially popular for schools, workshops, and group activities.

14. How many moulds can one bottle fill?

One bottle of gel fills around 7–10 moulds, depending on mould size.
