Warm Caramel-Brown Underglaze for Earthy Fired Colour
Caramel Cromartie Colours Underglaze creates a warm caramel-brown fired colour with a soft orange undertone. It is a useful choice when you want an earthy fired accent rather than a brighter orange or cooler brown, with techniques including brushwork, sgraffito, sponging and layered ceramic decoration.
Use this underglaze beneath your choice of clear glaze for kiln-fired decoration. The supported firing range extends to Cone 6, although stoneware firing can create colour changes, so test the intended firing cycle first when matching the caramel shade is important.

- Can be applied by sponging or used in layered colour work
