Potfest in the Pens – Penrith Spring took place at Skirsgill Auction Mart on the edge of Penrith, bringing together a lively mix of established makers, new voices and visitors with a shared love of clay. The covered pens were filled with everything from refined studio porcelain to earthy sculptural work, all shown in Potfest’s relaxed, down-to-earth setting.
Across the three days, visitors enjoyed a packed ceramics fair with demonstrations, hands-on clay activities and plenty of opportunities to browse, buy and chat with makers, suppliers and fellow pottery enthusiasts.
The Cromartie team had a fantastic time at Potfest in the Pens – Penrith Spring 2026. Our trade stand featured a wide range of kilns, pottery machinery, glazes, underglazes, tools, crafts and studio essentials, with selected products available to purchase directly from the stand at 10% off the normal price.
Lots of customers walked away with brilliant deals and savings on brand new kilns, equipment and creative supplies, while others stopped by for advice on firing, pottery studio set-ups, Paint-Your-Own Pottery businesses, materials and product recommendations.
Thank you to everyone who visited us, chatted with the team, browsed the stand or placed an order during the weekend. It was lovely to meet so many familiar faces and new customers at the show.
