Vivid Blue Colour for Detailed and Textured Ceramics
Vivid Blue 1Fire Glaze creates a strong, semi-transparent blue with smooth fired coverage. It works well for skies, water, birds and fish, while its colour allows recessed patterns and raised details to remain visually distinct on textured ceramic forms.
Choose this glaze when you want more visual depth than a fully opaque block of blue, together with the option to decorate bisqueware or use an appropriate one-fire greenware process. Use the greenware route only where one-fire working is suitable for the project.
- Resists settling well between uses
- Suited to frequent use in pottery studios, classrooms and workshops
