Hot Rod Red 1Fire Glaze adds a bright red, semi-transparent fired colour with smooth coverage. Its strong colour works well for bold backgrounds, graphic patterns and textured ceramic forms where recessed lines and raised details can remain visible through the glaze.
Choose this glaze when you want more visual depth than a fully opaque block of colour, or when a suitable one-fire workflow can remove the separate bisque-firing stage. Apply it directly to bone-dry greenware only where one-fire working is appropriate for the project.
