Soft Blue Colour for Textured Ceramic Decoration
Hawaii Blue 1Fire Glaze creates a light, fresh blue with smooth, semi-transparent coverage. Its softer colour works particularly well for sky and water motifs, botanical forms and patterned ceramic surfaces where recessed lines, raised veins and other decorative details should remain visible.
Choose this glaze when you want a lighter and airier blue than a dark, heavily saturated finish, while retaining enough transparency to show the form beneath the colour. It can be used on bisqueware or suitable bone-dry greenware for a one-fire process; use the greenware route only where that workflow is appropriate for the project.
