Porcelain P2 Casting Slip 5 Litres - Cream White Translucent Porcelain Slip
Porcelain P2 Casting Slip is a smooth cream-white porcelain casting slip with excellent casting properties and a good white fired colour. Supplied in a 5 litre container, it is ideal for potters, ceramic artists and studios creating refined porcelain forms using plaster moulds.
This porcelain casting slip becomes translucent at higher temperatures and is translucent at around 1240°C. Translucency increases with a lighter casting, although care should be taken as ware can slump if the cast is too light. It is a useful choice for delicate porcelain work where a clean, pale fired finish is required.
