The Flux F8 throwing rib can be used for shaping walls, refining curves and compressing clay surfaces while working on the wheel. Its compact, mostly straight-sided profile with rounded corners provides several working edges for controlling and refining a form.
Made from cellulose acetate, the F8 has sufficient stiffness for throwing and shaping while retaining a slight flex when pressure is applied. It measures 1.125 x 2.75 inches, making it one of the more compact profile options within the Flux throwing rib range.
