The Flux F3 throwing rib has a gentle curved profile for shaping and refining broader curves such as bowl interiors while working on the wheel. It can also be used for smoothing and compressing clay surfaces as the form is developed.
Made from cellulose acetate, the F3 has sufficient stiffness for shaping while retaining a slight flex when pressure is applied. It measures 1.5 x 4.2 inches and provides a distinct curved profile within the wider Flux throwing rib range.
