The Flux F4 throwing rib has a wide oval profile for smoothing clay surfaces, shaping broader curves and refining wheel-thrown forms. Its rounded working edges provide different contact points for shaping and finishing as the form develops.
Made from cellulose acetate, the F4 has sufficient stiffness for shaping while retaining a slight flex when pressure is applied. It measures 1.9 x 3.4 inches and provides a compact, broad curved profile within the wider Flux throwing rib range.
