  Description

Soft Sage Crystalline Effects for Cone 6 Ceramics

Jade River C6 Pro Series Crystalline Glaze develops a soft sage-green surface with pale crystalline clusters. Warm yellow-green variation around the rim and edges adds depth, making it a thoughtful choice for tall vessels and simple forms where the glaze can provide most of the decoration.

Choose Jade River when you want a quieter, more natural palette than a dark or high-contrast crystalline glaze, while still retaining visible crystal growth and kiln variation. Because application thickness, clay body and firing conditions affect crystal development and movement, test the complete combination before important work and follow the supplied firing schedule.

  • Use a glaze catcher or sacrificial support because crystalline glazes can run during firing
  • Keep the application thinner near the foot of the piece to help control glaze movement
  • Add Powder Gum Arabic as required when a thicker application is needed

When returning items to us, please include a note or copy of your sales order or invoice with your goods to enable us to process your refund. We can either arrange a refund for the returned items or a credit note, the value of which can be deducted from your next order. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card. Goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any lids, packaging and labels must be intact. Please note, we will only refund or credit the sale value of incorrectly ordered goods – not any return postage. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
