Berry Purple Underglaze for Fired Ceramic Decoration
Bouncin' Berry Gare Fun Strokes Underglaze adds a berry purple fired colour to bisque pottery, making it useful for decorative accents, painted motifs, colour blocking and playful ceramic decorating projects.
Apply to shelf Cone 04 bisque after sponging the ware to remove dust, then cover with clear glaze before firing to shelf Cone 06. Use one coat for translucent colour or build with 2–3 coats for opaque coverage. For more colours in this range, browse Gare Fun Strokes Underglazes.
- Useful for berry purple fired detail, lively accents and decorative colour work on bisque
- Can help add a stronger purple tone within a fired underglaze colour palette
- Let each coat dry before adding the next, and test colour combinations before important pieces
