Opaque White Stoneware Glaze with a Soft Matt Finish
White Studio Line Matt Stoneware Glaze produces an opaque white surface with a soft matt finish on stoneware and porcelain. Its neutral colour gives ceramic forms a clean, understated appearance and provides solid white coverage when you want less surface reflection than a bright gloss glaze.
Choose White when you want an opaque matt surface rather than the transparent character of Transparent Matt. At higher firing temperatures the finish can develop a soft satin sheen. The Studio Line range is also intermixable, so test combinations on your chosen clay body and firing schedule before using them on important pieces.
