Tile Extruder Pugmill 3 Phase for Clay Tile Production

The Tile Extruder Pugmill 3 Phase is a specialist clay tile extruder for pottery studios, ceramic workshops and small clay manufacturers that need reliable tile production from prepared clay. Designed around a de-airing pugmill principle, it combines powerful clay extrusion with a purpose-designed tile nose cone for producing ceramic tiles, mouldings, coils and other extruded forms.

Supplied with a standard 100mm diameter nose cone, this tile extruder pugmill can produce tiles up to approximately 280mm wide and 25mm thick, with smaller or thinner tiles possible using accessory die plates fitted to the front of the nose cone. The machine can be finely tuned using variable blades, helping operators adjust performance for clay moisture, die balance, tile shape and extrusion requirements.

When returning items to us, please include a note or copy of your sales order or invoice with your goods to enable us to process your refund. We can either arrange a refund for the returned items or a credit note, the value of which can be deducted from your next order. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card. Goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any lids, packaging and labels must be intact. Please note, we will only refund or credit the sale value of incorrectly ordered goods – not any return postage.
