Tile Cutting Table for Extruded Clay Tiles
The CH7161 Tile Cutting Table is a ceramic tile cutting table designed to work with the CH7160 Tile Extruder Pugmill for the efficient production of extruded clay tiles. Built for pottery studios, ceramic workshops and small clay production environments, it helps cut freshly extruded clay sections to a controlled depth using a manually operated cutting system.
The table features an electrically welded steel box frame with a Formica top and a central rotary shaft fitted with sixteen machined phosphor bronze cutting discs. As the wareboard containing the extruded clay is pulled beneath the rotating shaft using the operating lever, the cutting discs cut through the clay at the pre-set depth chosen by the operator.
