Morning Fog is a soft misty green-grey Speedball Studio Plus glaze, perfect for calm contemporary pottery, nature-inspired ceramics, coastal designs, subtle tableware, mugs, bowls, plates and decorative pieces with a gentle atmospheric finish.
Morning Fog is one of the speciality low-fire mottling colours in the Speedball Studio Plus glaze range. When fired at around Cone 06/05, it can produce mottled, speckled or variegated colour movement, creating soft atmospheric variation similar to the effects found in Speedball's mid-fire glaze range.
This versatile ceramic glaze still offers flexible firing from Cone 06 to Cone 6, making it a practical choice for studios, schools, hobby potters and ceramic artists who want subtle colour, gentle surface movement and wider firing options.
