Z-Bracket Kiln Thermocouples for Electric Kilns

Z-Bracket Thermocouples are widely used across a number of UK-manufactured kilns and are also commonly found on older kiln models. These open-head thermocouples provide reliable, accurate temperature sensing and are available in R, S and K Type configurations, making them suitable for a broad range of applications.

All Cromartie Z-Bracket Thermocouples are manufactured to the highest standard. The ceramic sheaths are made from high-quality recrystallised alumina (RA, 99.7%), offering excellent heat resistance and long-term stability during repeated firings.

Thermocouple wire element diameters: 0.25mm for R & S Type thermocouples, 1.6mm for K Type thermocouples.
