Soft Near-White Stoneware Glaze for Subtle Ceramic Surfaces

Snow Milton Bridge dry stoneware glaze creates a very pale near-white fired surface with gentle tonal variation rather than a strongly coloured finish. The light result keeps the shape of the ceramic piece visually prominent, while the fired sample shows impressed decoration remaining clearly readable, making Snow useful where restrained colour and surface detail are both important.

Choose Snow when you want a light neutral glaze rather than a darker or more dominant fired colour. The 1kg dry pack is well suited to smaller prepared batches, colour testing and more occasional studio use. As the final result can respond to the ceramic body, application and firing conditions, establish the appearance on representative work before glazing an important batch.

  • Useful for pale, restrained ceramic colour schemes where the form remains prominent.
  • Consider testing impressed or relief decoration when surface definition is part of the design.
  • Keep a fired reference piece when you want to compare later batches visually.
