Blue-Green Powdered Stoneware Glaze for Studio Mixing
For stoneware decoration with a varied blue-green character, Copper Chun displays turquoise colour alongside deeper teal areas and softer green tones in the supplied fired sample. The tonal changes are especially noticeable around the raised leaf design, giving textured or relief surfaces scope to show shifts in colour across the finished ceramic piece.
The 25kg dry format is supplied for mixing as required using the specified water and medium ratio. As this glaze powder contains no clay in its recipe, the medium helps the prepared glaze adhere to the ceramic body while reducing settling, extending shelf life and helping to minimise crazing during firing. Thorough mixing is important before each application.
- Apply up to 3 coats after thorough mixing
- Suitable for functional and decorative stoneware ceramics when fired as directed
- Large dry pack for preparing glaze as required
