Turquoise Blue-Green Dry Stoneware Glaze with Tonal Variation
Copper Chun Milton Bridge dry stoneware glaze shows a turquoise to blue-green fired colour in the supplied sample, with darker teal mottling and softer green variation around the raised decoration. This changing colour can add surface interest to stoneware pieces and help carved, impressed or relief details remain visually distinct within the fired design.
This 1kg powdered glaze is prepared with water and medium before application. The glaze recipe contains no clay, so the brushing medium supports adhesion to the ceramic body, helps reduce settling, extends shelf life and helps minimise crazing during firing. Mix the glaze thoroughly before use and test the prepared mixture where appropriate before glazing important work.
- Mix thoroughly before application
- Apply up to 3 coats
- Suitable for functional and decorative stoneware ceramics when fired as directed
