Warm Speckled Dry Stoneware Glaze for Textured Pottery

Coffee Milton Bridge dry stoneware glaze fires to the warm orange-brown surface shown in the sample, with fine dark speckling and deeper grey-brown to muted olive variation around the impressed leaf detail. The broken colour is particularly useful on textured, carved or relief decoration where changes in tone can help define the surface rather than producing one uninterrupted colour.

Choose Coffee when you want an earthy brown glaze with visible tonal variation rather than a pale or visually uniform result. Because this is supplied as a dry glaze with no clay in the recipe, it needs preparing with water and brushing medium before application; use the measured preparation and firing guidance below rather than treating it as a ready-to-use liquid glaze.

When returning items to us, please include a note or copy of your sales order or invoice with your goods to enable us to process your refund. We can either arrange a refund for the returned items or a credit note, the value of which can be deducted from your next order. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card. Goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any lids, packaging and labels must be intact. Please note, we will only refund or credit the sale value of incorrectly ordered goods – not any return postage. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
