Turquoise-Teal Stoneware Glaze with Deep Blue Relief Variation
Teal Milton Bridge Stoneware Glaze develops a vivid turquoise-teal fired colour with areas of deeper blue variation. On the fired sample, the stronger blue gathers around the leaf relief and towards the upper edge, helping raised or impressed decoration stand out against the brighter surrounding colour.
Choose Teal when you want a lively blue-green stoneware colour with noticeable tonal movement rather than a completely uniform result. Fired colour can vary depending on the clay body, application and firing process, so testing on the intended clay is useful when matching pieces or reproducing a particular result.
- Stir well before application.
- Apply up to 3 coats depending on the result required.
- Allow each coat to dry before applying the next.
