Warm Rose-Red Stoneware Glaze for Defined Relief
Rosewood Milton Bridge Stoneware Glaze brings a warm rose-red fired colour to ceramic surfaces. The colour remains fairly even across the broader areas, while the leaf relief develops darker definition along its recessed lines, making carved or impressed decoration easier to distinguish without creating a heavily contrasting surface.
Rosewood works well when you want a warm red colour that can carry simple forms while still showing subtle surface detail. Fired results can vary with the clay body, application and firing process, so testing on the intended clay is useful when matching pieces or reproducing a particular colour across a set.
- Stir well before application.
- Apply up to 3 coats depending on the result required.
- Allow each coat to dry before applying the next.
