Warm Rust-Orange Stoneware Glaze with Dark Relief Detail
Peanut Milton Bridge Stoneware Glaze creates a warm rust-orange fired colour with darker olive-brown mottling across the surface. On the fired sample, deeper tones gather around the leaf relief and towards the edges, giving impressed or carved decoration stronger definition against the surrounding colour.
Choose Peanut when you want an earthy orange-brown stoneware colour with visible tonal variation rather than a completely uniform result. Fired colour can vary depending on the clay body, application and firing process, so allow for some variation when coordinating several pieces or repeating a particular result.
- Stir well before application.
- Apply up to 3 coats depending on the result required.
- Allow each coat to dry before applying the next.
