Tan Gloss Surface Coat for Bisque Designs
Sand Dune Gare Surface Coat is a tan gloss glaze designed to create a warm fired background for decorated bisque pieces. It is part of the Gare Surface Coats range and is useful when you want a glossy base colour before adding painted decoration.
Apply Surface Coat to clean bisque, add decoration with Fun Strokes if required, then fire to Cone 06. Sand Dune works well for plates, ornaments and bisque shapes that need a fired background colour without adding a separate clear glaze.
