Teal Underglaze for Bisque Painting and Fired Ceramic Detail
Jumpin' Juniper Gare Fun Strokes Underglaze adds teal fired colour to bisque pottery, making it useful for painted decoration, colour accents, pattern work and creative ceramic decorating projects.
Apply to shelf Cone 04 bisque after sponging the ware to remove dust, then apply a clear glaze before firing to shelf Cone 06. Use one coat for translucent colour or build with 2–3 coats for opaque coverage. For a close match in the Cromartie Colours range, see Teal Bird Cromartie Colours Underglaze.
- Useful for teal fired detail, decorative motifs and broader colour areas on bisque
- Good for building a varied kiln-fired underglaze colour palette
- Let each coat dry before applying the next, and test colour combinations before important pieces
