Fresh Pea-Green Underglaze for Detailed Ceramic Decoration
Peas in a Pod Cromartie Colours Underglaze adds a fresh yellow-green fired colour to ceramic decoration. Its lively pea-green tone is useful for botanical details, leaves and other designs where a bright natural green is wanted, while the underglaze can also be used for brushwork, sgraffito, sponging and layered colour.
The 59ml size provides a smaller quantity for detail work, colour testing and projects that use this shade selectively. Cover the applied underglaze with your choice of clear glaze before firing. Colour can change at Cone 6 stoneware temperatures, so testing first is useful when reproducing a particular fired result matters.
- Suitable for brushwork, sgraffito, sponging and layering
- Can be combined with Cromartie Crystals and other ceramic glazes
- For Majolica decoration, apply over an opaque, non-moving glaze
