Duncan Bisq-Stain opaque acrylics are non-fired ceramic acrylic paints for bisque, craft surfaces and mixed media projects. They give strong opaque coverage with a smooth matte finish, making them useful for no-kiln decorating at home, in studios, classrooms and workshops.
Bisq-Stain colours are water-based, non-toxic and suitable for techniques such as stencilling, sponging, drybrushing and detail work. They can be used on bisqueware, canvas, wood, paper crafts and mixed media surfaces, with selected popular colours now available in larger 236ml bottles.
These acrylic colours do not need kiln firing. Leave them unsealed for a matte decorative finish, or use a suitable acrylic sealer or varnish where extra surface protection is needed.
