25 Gallon Blunger for Ceramic Slip Preparation
The 25 Gallon Blunger is a pottery slip blunger designed for ceramic studios, pottery workshops and production environments that need to prepare larger batches of casting slip. By mixing raw lump, powdered or plastic clay with water, it reduces the material into slip suitable for mould casting, decoration and general ceramic studio use.
This CH7211 electrically driven blunger uses two stainless steel paddles rotating at approximately 150 rpm on a stainless steel drive shaft, driven by a motor through a reduction gearbox. The hexagonal fibre glass container includes an extended loading chute to help avoid contact with the blades, while the slip is run off through a valve at the base of the container.
