15 Gallon Blunger for Ceramic Slip Preparation
The 15 Gallon Blunger is a pottery slip blunger designed for ceramic studios, pottery workshops and education settings that need to prepare casting slip from raw lump, powdered or plastic clay. By mixing clay with water, it helps reduce the material into a smooth slip suitable for casting, decoration and studio production work.
This CH7210 blunger uses two stainless steel paddles rotating on a stainless steel drive shaft, driven by a motor through a reduction gearbox. The hexagonal fibreglass container is fitted with an extended loading chute to help avoid contact with the blades, while slip is run off through a valve at the base of the container.
