CH7138 70mm De-Airing Pugmill for Clay Studios

The CH7138 70mm De-Airing Pugmill is a vacuum clay pug mill designed for small pottery studios, ceramic workshops and educational clay rooms that need efficient clay preparation in a compact format. It is well suited to users who want de-aired clay for throwing, hand building and extrusion work without needing a large industrial pugmill setup.

This de-airing pottery pugmill is supplied complete with a high volume oil immersed vacuum pump and is designed so that only around 7kg of clay is needed to fill the machine. The standard machine incorporates aluminium barrels and nose cone with Nylatron blades, while externally removable shredder plates help make cleaning more user-friendly for busy studio environments.
