Glossy Olive Colour with Depth Across Raised Detail
Olive BOTZ Earthenware Glaze develops a full dark green colour with a glossy, semi-transparent finish. In the attached examples, lighter olive-green areas contrast with deeper tones around recessed and raised detail, giving sculpted surfaces a layered appearance.
Its classic tile-glaze character makes it a useful choice when a dark, restrained green surface is wanted. Keep application thickness controlled, as the glaze tends to run and can run off when applied thickly. It is also suitable for Raku.
