  Description

Rustic Black-Brown Surface with Subtle Depth

Brown Granite BOTZ Earthenware Glaze develops a very dark black-brown surface with slight visual effects and a satin character. Its deep, earthy appearance gives finished pieces a rustic look, while the examples shown highlight the restrained variation across bowls and other ceramic forms.

Choose Brown Granite when you want a near-black brown finish with more surface character than a flat, uniform dark colour. Its consistent firing range is 1020°C to 1060°C, and it can be fired at temperatures up to 1100°C.
