The Toasted Ceramics Fair returns to Derby Museum and Art Gallery for a full weekend celebrating contemporary ceramics, pottery and clay.
Meet nearly 50 UK potters, discover handmade ceramics and enjoy live pottery demonstrations, potter talks, bookable clay workshops and specialist trade stands. Cromartie Hobbycraft will be exhibiting throughout the weekend, so come along and say hello to the team.
Whether you are an established ceramic artist, a pottery student, a studio owner or simply enjoy discovering beautifully made ceramics, Toasted offers plenty of inspiration in the heart of Derby.
Come along and say hello to the Cromartie team at the Toasted Ceramics Fair. We’ll be bringing a selection of pottery tools, ceramic glazes, studio equipment and useful supplies for potters, makers, schools and ceramics studios.
Our team will also be available to answer questions, discuss products and help with enquiries about pottery kilns, wheels, studio equipment and ceramic materials.
Collecting an Order from Our Trade Stand Place your order with us online at least three working days before the event, select Collection at checkout, and add a note in the Special Delivery Instructions saying: “Collecting at Toasted Ceramics Fair – Derby”.
Due to transport and trade stand space limitations, all orders for event collection must be placed a minimum of three working days before the event.
For larger orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm transport arrangements and available space at the show.
Toasted Ceramics Fair brings together nearly 50 UK potters and ceramic artists, giving visitors the opportunity to meet makers, purchase handmade work and learn more about different pottery techniques and creative processes.
The weekend programme is expected to include live demonstrations, potter talks, interactive activities, bookable clay workshops and specialist trade stands.
Free goodie bags are also advertised for the first visitors arriving each morning, so early birds may receive a little something extra!
The event is currently advertised as featuring a £100 Potter’s Prize, a £100 People’s Prize and a visitor giveaway offering the chance to win £50 to spend directly with a favourite potter.
Some clay workshops may require advance booking and could carry an additional charge. Full workshop details and booking information will be available from the event organisers.
