The Skutt KMT1027 is a ten-sided top loading electric ceramic kiln with a WiFi touchscreen controller. It has everything most potters need in a kiln – the chamber is tall enough to fire a 23" tall pot and wide enough to hold a 21" platter, and it comes with a smooth lid lifter and a modern touchscreen controller as standard.

Please note, most of our top loading kiln models need to be wired directly into the electricity supply. The only exceptions are the KM714, KMT714 and our Skutt FireBox 8x4 and FireBox 8x6 tabletop kilns, which are supplied as plug-in models. We also recommend a clearance of at least 18" around the kiln. Please refer to the product images for overall dimensions.
