Zinc-Free Clear Coverage for Cone 6 Ceramic Work
Classic Clear C6 Pro Series Dry Glaze is a zinc-free clear glaze for Cone 6 ceramic work, creating a transparent fired surface without adding another glaze colour. It suits porcelain and stoneware pieces where you want the natural clay tone, surface detail or other layered colour to remain visible beneath the clear coating.
Choose this dry glaze when you want to mix only the quantity required for a studio session and need clear coverage rather than a coloured or effect glaze. Once prepared, it is suitable for dipping and layering. Test it on the intended clay body and firing schedule before larger-scale application because clay, thickness and firing conditions can affect the fired result.
