Semi-Translucent Ruby Red Fired Glaze
Ruby Red Duncan Envision Glaze gives ceramic bisque a strong fired red colour with a semi-translucent gloss finish. It is a useful choice for bisque painting, ceramic decorating and kiln-fired pottery colour work.
This Duncan Envision glaze is designed for use on shelf cone 04 bisque before firing to shelf cone 06. Coverage can move from more transparent effects to stronger colour depending on application, so testing is recommended before important work.
- Use for adding fired red colour to decorative ceramic pieces
- Apply evenly and allow each coat to dry before adding the next
- Test colours and combinations when layering with other products or changing clay body, application thickness or firing conditions
