Warm Mid-Brown with Delicate Light and Dark Effects
Give stoneware pottery a warm, natural surface with BOTZ Weasel Brown Stoneware Glaze. This opaque glossy glaze fires to a rich mid-brown with delicate lighter and darker tonal effects, creating depth and variation across functional and decorative ceramic pieces.
Apply 2–3 coats, with BOTZ recommending 2 coats for the preferred result. Applying 3 coats produces a slightly lighter finish. The glaze fires consistently between 1220°C and 1280°C with a 30-minute soak, with BOTZ identifying 1250°C as the ideal firing temperature.
