Warm Medium Red with a Rich Glossy Finish
Add a strong warm red to stoneware pottery with BOTZ Vermilion Stoneware Glaze. This opaque glossy glaze fires to a rich medium-red colour with warm undertones, creating a bold but earthy finish for functional ceramics, decorative work and colourful studio pieces.
Apply 2–3 coats, preferably three coats for fuller opacity. When applied in a very thin coat, the underlying surface can show through. The glaze does not run off and has a consistent firing range of 1220°C to 1280°C with a 30-minute soak.
