Sandy Light Beige with Soft Earthy Brown Effects
Create warm, natural-looking stoneware with BOTZ Driftwood Stoneware Glaze. This matt glaze fires to a soft sandy light beige, with gentle earthy brown effects appearing where the glaze is applied more thinly or areas are lightly wiped back.
Apply 2–3 coats for best results. BOTZ recommends firing at 1250°C with a 30-minute soak for well-balanced effects, although the glaze is consistent across a firing range of 1220°C to 1280°C. At 1220°C it appears lighter and more opaque, while firing at 1280°C can introduce slight grey tones and greater colour depth.
