Silky Beige Earthenware Glaze with Warm Brown Variation
Vanilla BOTZ Earthenware Glaze produces a silky beige colour with a satin-glossy surface and warm reddish-brown variation. Its soft neutral base is broken up by fine darker markings, giving bowls, plates and relief-decorated pieces a more varied surface than a completely uniform beige glaze.
Application thickness changes the appearance, with reddish and brownish areas becoming more prominent in a thinner coat. On steep gradients, the spotted effect develops into striations, allowing changes in the shape and angle of a ceramic form to become part of the finished decorative character.
