Glossy Yellow Earthenware Glaze with Intense Red Specks
Summer Aster BOTZ Earthenware Glaze creates a warm, opaque yellow surface with a glossy finish and large, intense red specks. The pronounced spotted effect brings plenty of visual character to simple pots, bowls and broad ceramic forms, where the contrast between the yellow background and irregular red areas can become the main decoration.
Choose Summer Aster when you want strong red speckling rather than an even single-colour glaze. It also gives good results on coloured clay, allowing the distinctive yellow and red appearance to be explored across different bodies. Firing at 1250°C can also be explored experimentally for a different effect.
