Stone-Matt Light Blue with Fine Speckled Detail
Flemish Blue BOTZ Earthenware Glaze gives a stone-matt light blue surface with fine specks. The softly mottled appearance works naturally across simple vessels and sculptural forms, where the small variations in blue add surface interest while still allowing the shape of the piece to remain an important part of the finished look.
Choose Flemish Blue when you want a softer speckled blue rather than a completely uniform block of colour. It also performs well on dark clay and will not run off, giving makers more flexibility when choosing the clay underneath or working on forms where glaze movement is not wanted.
