This compact wooden clay roller is used for flattening and smoothing smaller pieces of clay during handbuilding and modelling. The cylindrical roller turns within its metal frame, allowing it to be pushed across workable clay by hand for controlled local rolling.
The beech roller and stainless steel frame make this a compact alternative when working with smaller pieces of clay where a full-size rolling pin or slab roller is not required.
