These 8 inch double-ended lid calipers are designed for transferring measurements when making fitted pottery lids. Measure the inside rim of the pot with one end and the opposite end provides the corresponding measurement for sizing the lid.
The acrylic arms have a measurement width range of 0 to 8 inches and can be secured at the required setting using the adjustable wing nut. They can also be used to compare inside and outside dimensions on pottery forms.
