Lotus Wheel Head for Cowley Pottery Wheels
This 330mm Lotus Wheel Head is threaded to fit compatible Cowley pottery wheels and comes complete with one batt. It is a practical alternative to a standard pottery wheel head, allowing freshly thrown pots to be removed on their batts without complicated fittings or unnecessary handling.
The Lotus wheelhead system is especially useful for production throwing, larger pieces and thinly thrown pots that may be damaged if lifted directly by hand. A 9mm waterproof plywood disc sits inside the aluminium rim, with the outer edge kept level and protected by the smooth metal surround.
