Before using, clay should be kneaded to ensure that the moisture content is even and to expel any air bubbles. Avoid using the clay straight from the bag, as this can result in warping and cracking as there could be inconsistencies of softer and harder clay.

When using with hobby ceramic glazes such as Duncan or Gare, we recommend a program of 10 hours 80°> 600° C then full power to 1120° C with a 15 minute soak. Clay fires to cone 01. Once glazed re-fire to cone 06.
