Vivid Yellow Powdered Stoneware Glaze
Macaroon gives fired stoneware a saturated yellow surface, with the sample showing gentle variation where the glaze passes over raised leaf detail. Its clear, bright colour can become a dominant surface treatment on simple forms or provide strong visual contrast alongside darker and more muted ceramic colours.
The 25kg format provides Macaroon in a larger dry quantity for repeated glaze preparation. Because the powdered recipe contains no clay, prepare it with the specified water and medium system before application; the medium supports adhesion to the ceramic body, reduces settling, extends shelf life and helps minimise crazing during firing.
- Mix thoroughly before applying to the ceramic body
- Build the application up to 3 coats as required
- Suitable for functional and decorative stoneware ceramics when fired as directed
