Please note: All Paint Your Own Pottery items are supplied as unfinished ceramic bisque and require painting and firing. Bisques are sold in boxed quantities, ideal for studios, workshops, and craft parties.
We’re aware that some of our dinnerware plate designs have recently been affected by cracking during firing. After carrying out extensive in-house testing, we’ve confirmed that this is due to a manufacturing issue outside of our control.
At present, 1603 Coupe Salad Plate, 1604 Coupe Dinner Plate, 1605 Coupe Charger Plate and 3009 Heart Plate are the only designs affected, which we have removed from stock. All other dinnerware pieces currently remain unaffected.
We sincerely apologise to any customers who’ve been impacted by this. We’re actively working with our supplier Gare and the manufacturer to resolve the problem and are also exploring alternative replacements.
